Terms of Service
1. Scope
Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH, based in Goldiwil, is a company that sells food products and operates an online shop under the "Rio Grande Tex-Mex" brand and at www.riograndetexmex.ch. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the online shop.
2. Order and conclusion of contract (applicable to online shop)
The order in the online shop is binding. A legally valid contract of sale is created. After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

3. Terms of Delivery and Sale
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified. The usual delivery time is 2-7 working days to the address you provide. Subject to deviations.
4. Offer
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online shop are available. If it is not possible to deliver one or more items due to stock discrepancies, we will refund you the amount already paid.
5. Prices
Our sales prices are ex warehouse and are given in Swiss francs, including statutory VAT and excluding shipping costs.
6. Delivery and Shipping
The shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer. For deliveries within Switzerland and Europe, the transport costs including packaging material are charged at a flat rate. Orders outside Europe will only be sent on request (info@riograndetexmex.ch) and the costs will be offset. For the calculation of the shipping costs, the order is considered as a whole. Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH reserves the right to commission other companies with delivery in addition to Swiss Post or to deliver orders itself. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Payment Options
The payment methods Visa, Mastercard and Postfinance are available for orders.
8. Voucher
You can pay for your order with a voucher from Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order.
The amount of the voucher is specified. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable.
A cash payment is excluded.
9. Retention of Title
The ordered goods remain the property of Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH until full payment has been made.
10. Right of Withdrawal/Right of Return
You can revoke the contract within 7 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense. Shipping costs paid in advance will not be refunded.
Only items that are absolutely intact and in perfect, unopened condition will be accepted, unless the content of the product is defective or defective. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
You will receive a voucher for the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Delivery Defects
It can happen that something breaks during delivery. Or that we packed something wrong. We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be reported to us in writing by e-mail or letter within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked immediately by Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH. If the defect is accepted, you will be sent a replacement item of the same type, if available. Otherwise you will be refunded the entire amount.
12. Privacy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security precautions).
Rio Grande Enterprises GmbH may use your personal information to send you special offers or information about new products. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an email to info@riograndetexmex.ch.
